2. Reasons for not notifying the interview:

1) Although your education meets the requirements of enterprise recruitment in some aspects, there are still fatal defects, such as high salary expectation, the same work experience as the employer's recruitment position, but different actual work content, the difference between self-taught examination and full-time education, and the inconsistency between personal temperament and enterprise style.

2) Although the enterprise has recruitment needs, the interview work has not been formally implemented.
