Hangzhou Dongjiao Prison and Xiaoshan District Judicial Bureau held a signing ceremony for prison-ground cooperation, which is a public prison.

Before the renovation, Hangzhou Prison was named Hangzhou No.1 Reeducation-through-Labor Management Office, and its predecessor can be traced back to Luoshan Ranch founded in 1958.
