Hailing Wang, surnamed Liang, whose real name is Di Gu Nai, is a high-ancestor, whose father's name is Zong Gan and his eldest son is Mao Shu. Mother is da. Jin Tianfu was born in six years and Zheng Long died in six years. At the age of 40.

A, chest luo shrewd instead of hailing, hailing smart and studious since childhood. He used to learn from Han Confucianism and Zhang Yong, and studied the classic works of Han Confucianism. He is also good at piano, chess, calligraphy and painting introduced from the Central Plains, and most of his contacts are Han Confucian scholars. He behaves like a Han teenager, but all his relatives are at odds with him.

In the third year of Tian Juan (A.D. 1 140), when Hailing 18 years old, Xizong made him a national general and served in Liang Wang Zongbi Army. Hailing was brave and good at fighting, and took the lead. With his resourcefulness, he quickly attracted the attention of Zong Bi, was awarded to March thousands of households, and was soon promoted to a title of generals in ancient times. In the fourth year (A.D. 1 144), Hailing was named General of Dragon and Tiger Guards by Xizong, and was ordered to stay in Zhongjing and be promoted to Doctor Guanglu.

However, Hailing was deeply dissatisfied with Xizong's succession as the grandson of Taizong. He thinks that he is also the grandson of Emperor Taizong and should have a chance to succeed. During Hailing's stay in Beijing, he collected and cultivated party members everywhere, and Xiao Yu was one of the most effective confidants.

In the seventh year of the imperial system, Hailing was called to the capital and was ordered to judge a large number of important things together and made progress. Soon, he was promoted to Zuo Cheng, a senior minister. Hailing began to devote herself to expanding her authority, and put her inner strength in important posts in provinces and Taiwan Province. Xiao Yuxian was promoted to assistant minister of the Ministry of War, and soon he did the work of staying in Beijing with Tongzhi. In the second year, Hailing was worshipped as the right-hand man and marshal of the capital. He mastered the military and political power of the rulers and began to seize power from all sides.

At the end of Xizong, Zonggan and Zongbi died one after another, and Xizong lost two important assistants. At the same time, he lost two princes. After losing the throne, Xizong was unhappy, drinking and having fun all day, ignoring state affairs, and all political affairs fell into the hands of Pei Manshi, a queen who was good at politics. It is arbitrary to mourn Empress Ping, and all officials of civil and military affairs cater to her. Hailing, as the right photo, also fell at undertaker's feet and colluded with her. Xizong heard a little about it, but just pretended not to know. In the ninth year of the unification of the empire, Hailing celebrated its birthday. Xizong gave Hailing a portrait of Sima Guang, a famous official in the Northern Song Dynasty, and a large number of gold, silver and jewels, and sent servants to congratulate Daxingguo. Empress Xiaoping also brought Hailing a birthday present from Daxing County. Xizong was very unhappy when he learned that. He hit the staff of Daxingguo 100, and ordered Empress Aiping to recover the gift for Hailing. Hailing is afraid that he will encounter catastrophe. Not long after, Zhang Jun, a bachelor, was sentenced to death for violating the emperor's will while drafting an imperial edict for Xizong. Zongxian, the prime minister of Zuo, took the opportunity to impeach Hailing to participate in it, while Xizong took this opportunity to demote Hailing and let him go out to lead the ministers to save trouble. When passing by Beijing, Hailing met a light rain that stayed in Beijing. The two conspired to seize the throne quickly. It was agreed that Hailing would first raise troops in Henan, occupy Henan and Hebei, and then send troops north. Xiao Yu will contact Meng An in the north and dispatch troops will respond. When he arrived in Liangxiang, Hailing unexpectedly received an imperial edict from Xizong, asking him to return to Beijing. Hailing returned to Beijing with trepidation and was still given peace and political affairs. Hailing survived, thus quickening the pace of seizing power.

In the ninth year of Tongzhi (A.D. 1 149), on December 9, Huining begged his wife Princess Guo to do Buddhist work for her mother-in-law, and to live in the temple. That night, Hailing, Bingde and others gathered at Tang Guobian's house. In the evening, they broke into the palace, and Tang Kuo argued that it was a horse, and no one doubted it. At the second watch, the Great Xingguo opened the door of Xizong's bedroom, and old monks such as Hailing, Bingde, Tang Guobian, Wu Dai and the provincial capital flocked in, and Xizong died by the sword. Hailing was declared emperor.

The next day, Hailing lied that Xizong wanted to discuss the issue of conferring the queen, summoned officials from the civil and military departments, and announced that Xizong had no way to punish him, and he inherited the throne himself, changing the nine-year reign of the emperor to the first year of Tiande. Hailing ordered the killing of Wang Zongmin of Cao State and Zong Xian, the prime minister of Zuo State. Bing De, a coup plotter, was awarded the left prime minister and assistant marshal, while Tang Kuo argued for the right prime minister and assistant marshal. Wu Dai was in charge of political affairs in Pingzhang, the servant was the left deputy governor, Acheng was the right deputy governor, disciple Shanzhen was the general of Zuo Wei, and Daxing Prefecture was Guangning Yin.

Keeping the throne after the successful coup in Hailing became his new problem. As far as the ruling group is concerned, it is still the conservative forces of Jurchen nobles who threaten the throne, especially Bingde and Tang Guobian who cooperated with him in killing Xizong and had close ties with the conservative forces. Bingde is the grandson of Han Zong, and Zhang Guotao is the son-in-law of Xizong. They were all decorated by the imperial court, and it was not their intention to establish Hailing. Bingde wanted to establish Taizu king, while Tang Kuo advocated establishing Taizong son first, and then establishing Zongben.

For Bingde, Tang Guobian and his own strange strange bedfellows, Hailing has long known this. In the second year of Tiande (A.D. 1 150), Wu took a book "Hailing" and told Bingde that he had betrayed Zongben. Hailing was furious after hearing this, and took this opportunity to send someone to Shangshu Province, where Bingde worked, to kill him. Bingde's younger brother and more than 30 descendants of Han Zong were implicated.

The usurpation of the throne by regicide in Hailing has aroused the opposition of many Jurchen nobles, among which the most influential is the philosopher Emperor Taizong. In April of the second year of Tiande, Hailing summoned Zongben and the minister of civil and military affairs in the name of playing ball, and killed Zongben and Tang Kuanban. Then he sent people to kill Bian who stayed in Tokyo and Beijing, Wang Zongzhe who served as Yin Bi in Yidu, Yin Bing in Pingyang and Zuo Xuanhui, who served as ambassador in Beijing. More than 70 descendants of Emperor Taizong were killed, and the family of Emperor Taizong was ruined.

Second, reform politics and develop economy. After Hailing consolidated its rule, it issued a petition for comments, which could be written by all North Korean officials, doctors and ordinary civilians. So, why don't you wait for Liang,, and others to write a letter requesting to move the capital to Yanjing. Hailing had the intention of moving the capital, so he accepted their suggestion and ordered Prime Minister Zhang Hao to repair the national seal and build Yanjing. Three years later, after the completion of Yanjing, the capital of Yanjing was designed by Kong Yanzhou and built in full accordance with the Bianjing model. The capital has a circumference of 37 miles, and there are more than 225,000 households of Jurchen, Han, Mongolian and Qidan residents. Houses in the city are well decorated and there are shops everywhere. There is a magnificent imperial city in the south of the city, and Miyagi in the south of the imperial city, with a circumference of 9 miles and 30 steps. Its main entrance is Yang Xuanmen. There are 9 palaces in the city, totaling 36 halls, all made by Bianjing craftsmen. The whole temple group is patchwork and magnificent.

On April 17, the first year of Zhenyuan (A.D. 1 153), Hailing parted the crowd and led hundreds of officials to move the capital to Yanjing. When entering Yanjing City, Hailing first adopted Han etiquette. On April 2 1 day, the capital was moved to the world, Yanjing was changed to Zhongdu, Yanjin was changed to Daxing, Bianjing was changed to Nanjing, Liaozhong was changed to Beijing, Liaoyang was changed to Tokyo, Datong was changed to Xijing, and the five-Beijing system was retained. He also ordered another five years of virtue to be the first year of Zhenyuan.

After Hailing moved to the capital, a large number of Jurchen nobles were forcibly moved to the south, and Mao and Zonggan were merged into their own pro-army, called Hezhe Meng 'an, and moved to Zhongdu. Li Wubu Meng 'an, Master Xu, Zong and other families also moved to Zhongdu. At the same time, a mountain mausoleum was built in Dafang Mountain, and the coffins of Taizu and Taizong were moved from Beijing for burial. In October of the second year of Zheng Long (A.D. 1 157), Hailing ordered the destruction of palaces, houses of various ethnic groups and Chu Qing Temple in the old town of Huining Prefecture, and leveled them as cultivated land for farmers to cultivate.

Then, Hailing carried out a series of reforms. In the first month of the second year of Tiande (A.D. 1 150), Hailing issued an imperial edict, informing the ruling and opposition parties of seven things: encouraging officials to guard, being cautious about agriculture, encouraging the poor, loving the poor, saving money and using talents, and evaluating talents, clearly announcing the policy of founding the country and turning the first page of the reform.

First, take various measures to strengthen the imperial power. In the second year of Tiande, in order to eliminate the influence of the Nuzhen nobles, Hailing issued a letter to abolish the towns of Zhongjing, Tokyo, Huang Lin, Xianping and Taizhou and Meng 'an Moke. Cancel the upper, middle and lower levels of Mon Monk, and just call it Mon Monk. In the second year, Hailing abolished the official of ten thousand households on the defensive and handed over the power to the head of one thousand households. In the second year of Zhenyuan (A.D. 1 154), Hailing ordered a redefinition of the shade method, stipulating the first to seventh limited shades of the royal family and abolishing the eighth shade system. In the second year of Zheng Long (A.D. 1 157), Hailing completely changed the title system below the crown prince, stipulating that the imperial court would no longer seal the word king, changing the past word king into a word king, and removing the title of king from the word king, so senior officials should also consider reducing it. In the future, all documents, whether public or private, bearing the words "Wang Jue" must be removed immediately, even the epitaph is no exception.

At the end of Xizong, the internal ruling institutions and officials of the Jin Dynasty were bloated. After Hailing ascended the throne, he used tough political skills to quickly streamline the ruling institutions, strengthen centralization, and greatly improve the administrative efficiency of the court. In order to strengthen the central government's control over local governments, Hailing has also delineated a whole set of local administrative division system, which divides the whole country into five major capitals and 14 generals' offices.

Hailing was a visionary monarch in the early reign of Jin Dynasty. During his reign, he was diligent in political affairs, courteous and strict with himself. Shortly after he took office, he told civil and military officials to speak frankly about the loss of political power and the interests of residents. In order to better listen to the advice of courtiers, Hailing specially selected 10 courtiers to form a think tank for deliberation.

Hailing used laws to restrain his staff, forbidding officials from indulging in civil affairs and trying to protect themselves, and taking diligence and laziness as the standard of rewarding and punishing officials. Officials are not allowed to be absent from work for no reason. Only when their parents die can they take three days off. Hailing also forbids officials at all levels to believe in ghosts and gods and worship Buddha.

Hailing advocated being honest and frugal, and he himself practiced it, wearing patched clothes every day, eating only fish, not geese and ducks, and getting rid of all the animals raised by the court. In December of Zheng Long's fifth year, Hailing issued a prohibition order, stipulating that North Korean officials were not allowed to drink alcohol casually. Only the envoys of Song, North Korea and Xia came to the DPRK to drink.

Hailing gradually improved various judicial systems. During Zheng Long's time, he promulgated the written public law-"the system of continuous bloodline". If a procuratorial organ is established in the central government, it may lodge a complaint with the procuratorial organ if the prison matter is not handled properly. The procuratorate submitted it to Yushitai for investigation and retrial. Hailing also set up criminal prosecution departments for other provinces to directly inquire about the local government's legal system and the handling of major cases. For the minister's punishment, Hailing only imposed a hip stick and opposed exile and distribution.

Hailing is committed to the cultivation and selection of talents. In the third year of Tiande, Hailing began to set up the Jurchen imperial academy to recruit descendants of imperial clan, consorts, heroes and officials above the third grade to receive education. /kloc-people over 0/5 years old enter the school of Ci Fu,/kloc-people under 0/5 years old enter the primary school. In addition, 18 subjects, such as arithmetic and medicine, have been set up to recruit aristocratic children of all ethnic groups to study. In order to better select talents, Hailing started the imperial examination system. At first, students were selected by history, and the examination was divided into three levels: township, state and DPRK. Confucian scholars have taken township and state examinations all over the country. After moving the capital to Yanjing, Hailing specially held the entrance examination, personally asked about the selection of officials, or watched the examination under the porch, or looked at the papers in the imperial palace. Hailing has also given questions to candidates many times, such as not being expensive, foreigners are enough, loyal ministers are still filial, and worrying about the country is like hunger and thirst.

In the early years, Hailing was diligent in political affairs and reformed official management, which greatly improved the efficiency of administrative work, stabilized the powerful feudal centralization of the Jin Dynasty, and laid the foundation for the emergence of prosperous times in later generations.

Hailing also pays great attention to mastering the national financial resources and attaching importance to economic development. First of all, we should send various ways to persuade agricultural ambassadors and encourage all localities to develop agricultural production. He also sent Shi Shili Loushi and other ministers to inspect various roads, returning some barren land to landless tenants for farming, and the state charged them a small amount of land rent. Hailing also pays attention to educating future generations to attach importance to agricultural production.
