Judging from the quality of personnel training, in recent years, Russian graduates have maintained 100% employment. Through market research and social feedback, most graduates have entered schools, institutions, military units, companies and other enterprises and institutions in large and medium-sized cities, making due contributions to the social development of Shaanxi and even the whole country. Since 2006, the students' passing rate of CET-4 and CET-8 has been higher than the national normal colleges and the national average, and has maintained a steady upward trend. In 2007, the pass rate of Grade 4 was 94.4%; The passing rate of Grade 8 is 60%; In 2008, the pass rate of Band 4 was 93.5%. In 2009, the passing rate of CET-4 was 96.3%, which was 2 1.4 points higher than the national average. The number of people with excellent and good grades accounted for 34.6% of the participants.

In April 2007, with the support of leaders at all levels in schools and colleges, the Russian Language Department joined the Russian Teaching and Research Association of China, further strengthening exchanges and contacts with domestic professional academic groups and brother colleges. In recent years, Russian teachers have actively participated in various international and domestic conferences sponsored by China Russian Teaching Research Association. In recent years, with the help of the good platform of the school, the Russian major in our school has made great progress on the original basis, and the teaching staff, teaching level and teaching quality have been greatly improved, becoming an influential major in the Russian major field in Shaanxi. The goal of our professional development is to build the Russian major in our school into a Russian teaching and research base with great influence in northwest China, a Russian resource center and information center in northwest China and even the whole country, and a dominant major with great influence among similar majors in China. Japanese Department was established in 2004 with the support of the 200 1 school-level non-normal major construction project in Western Europe. Up to now, three graduates have been trained and the employment rate has reached 100%. Our teaching goal is to cultivate compound foreign language talents with excellent foreign language ability, rich professional knowledge and good comprehensive quality.

The four-year teaching process of Japanese major is divided into two stages, namely, the basic stage (first and second grades) and the promotion stage (third and fourth grades). The main teaching task in the basic stage is to impart basic knowledge of Japanese, cultivate students' sense of Japanese language, and conduct comprehensive and strict basic training for students. The main teaching tasks in the promotion stage are: to cultivate students' practical ability to use language; Master authentic Japanese language expression, and learn Japanese-related professional knowledge, expand students' knowledge, enhance their understanding of cultural differences, and have their own understanding, so that students can become compound talents who can adapt to various requirements.

This major actively advocates teachers to use modern teaching methods such as multimedia to teach. The existing teachers basically have electronic lesson preparation plans, and they can use multimedia platforms for teaching, which greatly improves the teaching quality and level.

With the efforts of all teachers, Japanese major has achieved good teaching results. In the Shaanxi Japanese Speech Contest and the National Chinese Cup Japanese Speech Contest, all the students in our department entered the top three. Every year, the passing rate of CET-4 for Japanese majors is above 80%, and the passing rate of TEM-8 for Japanese majors and the passing rate of Japanese International Proficiency Test-1 are also higher than the national average level of normal universities.
