Resume of Zhang Chen
65438+July 0987-199165438+February Assistant Engineer of Qiqihar Pharmaceutical Factory in Heilongjiang Province.

1April, 999-March, 2004, researcher of Japan Institute of Industrial Technology.

April 2004-Associate Professor, School of Pharmacy, Zhejiang University.

1987 after graduating from Dr. Zhang Chen's university, he entered the first pharmaceutical factory in Qiqihar, engaged in the process research and production management of caffeine synthesis, and accumulated some experience. During my study in Japan, I first studied the chemistry of onium salts containing nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus, and deeply discussed the creation, physiological activity and pharmacology of 7- 10 yuan ring compounds containing nitrogen, sulfur and phosphorus. The research results were published in the American Chemical Society's Organic Chemistry (j.org.chem) and other high-level academic journals, March 1999. During my work in Industrial Technology Research Institute, I was mainly engaged in organophosphorus chemistry (development of synthesis methods of phosphorus-containing compounds containing olefin groups) and organosilicon chemistry (synthesis of important pharmaceutical and chemical raw materials β -hydroxyketone compounds by cross aldol condensation catalyzed by new silicone cations). And the new Lewis acid-catalyzed F-C reaction (the direct cyclization of unsaturated fatty acids with aromatic rings to produce important chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates indanone and ketone), some of which were published in international first-class academic journals such as J.AM.Chem.SOC, and obtained two Japanese patents. After returning to China in April last year, he was employed as an associate professor in the Department of Pharmacology, School of Pharmacy, Zhejiang University. Now he is engaged in the research and development of new drugs (the design and creation of heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus and other physiologically active elements). ), the development of efficient organic synthesis reactions and the application of green chemical methods in drug synthesis. His main research interests are organic chemistry, organometallic chemistry and pharmaceutical synthetic chemistry.
