First, the requirements and norms of a good resume
Six elements of resume
A. basic information.
B. Educational background.
C. Internship experience/campus practice (students).
D. Work experience/project experience (professionals who want to change jobs).
E. Awards (if any, write it out; If not, don't write).
F. Personal skills (office software, etc. ).
G. self-evaluation (can be written or not).
2. The first impression of a good resume:
A. adopt pdf format.
B. Resume name: applied position+name+telephone number (flexibly adjusted according to the specific situation) In large companies, some resumes are not open. You will say, is it so cruel? You're kidding. The mailbox of HR in Dachang is full every day. The initial screening reading time should not exceed one minute. If there is no title, the attachment will not be renamed, and messages without body will generally be ignored.
3. Typesetting requirements
A. the content should be controlled within one page.
B the words should be concise, and you should describe what you want to say (keywords and key information) in the most professional and concise words.
C. don't use dense fonts, pay attention to adjust the line spacing and font size.
D make each module and paragraph clear and focused, and distinguish between big and small titles.
Second, how to write a resume? Write according to the six essentials.
1. Basic information
1 name: real name. English names are generally not recommended for Chinese resumes.
(2) Native place: If your hometown is the same as or similar to the place where you work for a job company, or there are other points that can be related to the job company, write them down; If not, you can delete it.
③ Job-hunting intention: It is suggested to reflect the job-hunting intention in the resume name and email subject, which can be changed at any time according to the submitted position.
④ Mobile phone number: 1XX-XXXX-XXXX. It is suggested to write it in 3-4-4 split format for HR to read and dial.
Email: Netease 163 or Tencent QQ email recommended. The email address must be filled in with the usual email address in order to receive the interview notice in time. Generally, HR will call or SMS in advance before receiving the email, and rarely just send the email.
⑥ Photo: One-inch professional photo. It is suggested to take professional ID photos in the photo studio. You can ask the photo studio to provide electronic photos with red, white and blue background, which is convenient for subsequent online application or printing.
2. Education
① Education: arranged in reverse chronological order, that is, first doctor, then master, and finally undergraduate. Generally, it can be written in undergraduate course. The closer the time is, the more it can reflect the candidate's current ability, and the more HR cares. If it is 985,211,or a double-class school, it can be highlighted, such as XX University.
(2) Graduation date: written in the format of enrollment date-graduation date. That is, 20XX.09-20XX.07
(3) Scholarships and honors: list the awards (scholarships, competitions and honors) in order of gold content, first international and then local (international awards >; National award > provincial award > school award > college level), focusing on learning IP to prove learning ability. If the achievement is outstanding, it is suggested to indicate the winning proportion at the back of the award, so that HR can intuitively judge the gold content, such as: national scholarship (2%), school model student (5%) and outstanding student cadre (3%).
3. Practical experience
Practical experience is the core of a resume, accounting for at least half of the whole resume. It is divided into three categories: internship experience, work project experience and campus experience. Filling order: high job matching > low job matching; Internship experience &; Project experience > campus experience.
Internship experience and project experience can be exchanged in turn according to the matching degree of the applied position. If personal internship and project experience are rich enough, campus experience can be omitted or briefly mentioned. If you want to write about your campus experience, you'd better match it with your post ability. Practical experience and project experience "match" with the applied position: how to write practical experience (internship/project/campus)?
① Title line:
Company name/project name-department-start and end time, bold. "Start and end time" can be placed on the far left or on the far right.
② Description of work experience:
Adopt SATR rule (S situation, T task, A action, R result), that is, what did you do (specific content)+how did you do it (through what action)+the results obtained (quantifiable data).
For example, through user accurate portrait analysis and recall copy polishing, a variety of recall models are established and user recall tests are conducted every week. Link opening rate increased by 20%, and lost users were recalled 100+.
The main work content of internship/project experience can be extracted from 3-4 points, each with 1-2 lines, and the writing method is the same as above. After using the star rule, we should refine it into a professional and concise description as much as possible, and reduce the meaningless, gold-free and redundant subjective personal qualitative description.
③ What should I do if I have little practical experience (internship/project/campus)?
The content of resume comes from the re-examination of university life, and it is suggested to re-examine past experiences in detail, including: internship, project, campus, and awards; Company internship, government, school, non-profit organization, college student organization internship, course internship, network internship, part-time job with gold content; Scientific research projects, entrepreneurial projects, public welfare projects, competition projects and individual projects.
Activities organized spontaneously by societies, student unions and individuals. It's really nothing, you can write down some of your learning achievements, excellent homework/works, etc. To achieve the above points, you can generally write a relatively complete resume, just a matter of gold content.
Resume is a concentrated expression of personal experience. Interviewers usually dig deep into their own experiences according to their resumes, so in the process of writing resumes, they need to ask themselves: What questions will the interviewer ask when I write this point, and can I answer this question? If this experience is familiar, you can write it down and prepare an organized response; Don't dig a hole for yourself if you are not familiar with it, or try to fill it in and justify yourself.
4. Skills \ Other
① Skills: presented in the form of certificate+ability presentation. For example, Excel (skillfully using PivotTable to complete financial accounts).
② Software ability: It can be displayed through works. Such as: PS/AI/PR, etc.
Language ability: When applying for foreign companies, foreign trade and other companies with high requirements for English, you must highlight your expression and writing skills. For example, CET-6/CET-4 can basically read and communicate.
4 Expertise/hobby: It is suggested to refine your core characteristics, not generalize, but do what you are good at, reflecting the taste and quality of your personal life. Some hobbies can also reflect your excellent qualities such as pressure resistance, personality and seriousness, such as hiking (hiking around Hainan Island 100 km).
If you really don't, you don't have to write it to reduce the possibility of being asked in the interview, but you should also be prepared privately and be able to justify yourself. Finally, send a wave of benefits: some website templates charge fees and download is very troublesome, and there are all formats, which is very inconvenient.
