Jinshan Town is located in the middle of Harqin Banner, 48 kilometers away from Chifeng-Chengde Highway. 1966 changed its name. In the eighth year of Qianlong (1743), the fifth generation of Zazak and Minzhur Labutan, the second son of Tibetan people in Le Jia, Fu Shuo, Harqin Banner, were named as the Duke of Jingu Mountain Beizi, hence the name "Ye Gongfu". Before the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1945), there were many feudal aristocratic houses, such as Dongyamen, Xiyumen, Qianyamen, Houyamen, Xiaomumen and Balaoye, whose land accounted for more than 90% of the total land area of the town. In 37 years of the Republic of China (1948), the coalition government of Jianxi County in Harqin Right Banner was moved from Wangyefu to Yegongfu, and Yegongfu was renamed Jinshan Town on 1966.

At present, Yue Ling Temple and Longquan Temple still exist, and they are listed as key cultural relics protection units in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and they are repaired at the expense of the state and local governments. The mosque in Gongyefu Street was also rebuilt after 1985. The commercial development of Gongyefu began in Yongzheng and Qianlong years (1735- 1795). Due to the reclamation of Mongolian land and the influx of Han Chinese, the number of shops is increasing day by day. First, Shanxi people opened the "Liyuan Dang", and in the seventh year of Guangxu (188 1) it was changed to "Tongxing Dang". Since then, there have been more than a dozen big firms such as "Cui Yu, Thailand" Shaoguo, "Jin Quanhou", "Li Xing", "Lihuichuan" and "Zhixin" on the street of the Industrial Mansion. In the thirty-second year of Guangxu (1906), a fair was set up in Gongyefu Street, with two rows and seven rows every day. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Gongyefu has become a small town with active folk trade beyond the Great Wall. Later, due to the warlord scuffle, social unrest, especially the Japanese invasion, the business of Gongyefu gradually declined. After the founding of New China, under the leadership of China, the people became masters of their own affairs, and the business activities of the industrial rich became increasingly active. Especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of China, under the guidance of the reform and opening-up line, the whole town enjoyed economic prosperity, abundant supply and stable prices. Now, state-owned, collective and private commercial outlets are all over the town.
