2. According to Party B's order, the delivery cycle of the products that have been put into production is 20 days, the delivery cycle of the new products that are produced for the first time is 30 days, and the order quantity and delivery cycle are analogized. 3. The quality of the delivered products shall be subject to the quality of the proofing products delivered to Party B. Except for force majeure, Party A will compensate Party B according to 5% of the total payment of the order for each day of delay in the delivery cycle. If the delay exceeds one week, Party B will deduct all the deposits of Party A as compensation for Party B's losses.
4. If the product quality is not up to standard, Party B shall compensate for one loss and two losses, which shall be deducted from the deposit. If the unqualified rate exceeds 20%, Party B will deduct all the deposit of Party A as compensation for Party B's losses.

Second, the work installation:

Article 4 Mode of running a school: Party A recruits students and completes all their studies on Party A's campus. Four, the academic system, scale and admission conditions, training programs, teaching language, degree and awarding conditions.
Article 7 Academic system, scale and admission conditions: Academic system: full-time four years. Scale: 120 students/school year, with the largest number of students being 480. Admission conditions: Enrollment will be included in the national enrollment plan of China's general higher education, and the admission standard will be based on the second batch of admission scores of ordinary colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province. Candidates' English scores are not less than 1 10.
Article 8 Training Plan: Both parties shall jointly formulate the project training plan (see Annex I: Training Plan).
Article 9 Language of instruction: Party A teaches in both Chinese and English, and Party B teaches in English.
Article 10 Degree and awarding conditions: Students registered by Party A and Party B who have completed four years' studies in Ningbo will receive the undergraduate diploma of Zhejiang ordinary colleges and universities issued by Party A if they reach the credits specified in the project training plan; Students who meet the conditions for degree granting will receive a bachelor's degree certificate in management. Article 12 Party B's responsibilities:
1. Obtain the permission to cooperate with Party A in running schools according to American laws;
2. Cooperate with Party A to promote the project, and be responsible for registering students as official students of Party B after entering the school;
3. Be responsible for introducing advanced teaching concepts and management methods to Party B and participating in teaching management;
4. Responsible for sending qualified teachers to Party A to complete the teaching and teaching plan, teaching materials, lesson plans, teacher appointment and assessment of the courses undertaken by Party B in the training plan.
5. Be responsible for providing Party A with the resumes of teachers who are responsible for the teaching tasks of this project. Teachers' resumes should be provided two months in advance, and visa materials should be processed after being approved by Party A;
6. According to the regulations, students who have completed the course will be issued with transcripts and recorded in the student information database;
7. Students who pass the examination and meet the conditions for degree granting will be awarded the same Bachelor degree certificate (accounting major) as that issued by the United States.
8. Assist Party A's personnel to go through the formalities of going to the United States, and provide Party A's personnel with training opportunities in Party B every year.
9. Provide visa, accommodation, transportation and other convenient conditions for the students of this project to go to the United States for cultural exchanges;
Project management mechanism and financial management measures of intransitive verbs
Article 13 Project management mechanism: The project will set up a Sino-US cooperative accounting undergraduate education project management committee to discuss the problems and corresponding solutions in the process of project implementation. It consists of 7 members of Party A and Party B, including 4 representatives of Party A and 3 representatives of Party B. The director is the representative of Party A and the deputy director is the representative of Party B. The responsibilities of the management committee will include but not limited to making development plans, approving work plans, reviewing budgets and final accounts, deciding on the continuation and termination of projects and other major school-running issues.
Article 14 Performance evaluation and record: The management committee has a professional teaching committee composed of teaching leaders from both sides, which is responsible for formulating the evaluation process and supervising its implementation. Both Party A and Party B accurately record teaching and academic activities and provide the other party with necessary information.
Article 15 Measures for financial management: The tuition standard shall be reported to the price management department of Party A for approval. The two sides will review the tuition fees of each new student, report them to the relevant departments for approval, and make adjustments, which will be implemented in the next enrollment. Set up a special cooperation project in Party A's financial account to handle the revenue and expenditure business of this project. The school-running balance of the project is used for the education and teaching activities of the project and to improve the school-running conditions related to this cooperative project.
Article 16 The investment of both partners in this project can be compensated from the tuition fees charged according to the principle of cost compensation (see Annex II: Calculation of per capita training cost based on the principle of cost compensation for details).
Seven. Term of cooperation and student arrangement at the termination of the agreement
Article 17 Term of cooperation: This project enrolls four students once a year from the date of approval by the examination and approval department. It is planned to recruit the first batch of students in 20xx, and the training period is 4-6 years. The cooperation period is until the end of July 20xx. If both parties need to continue cooperation after the expiration of the cooperation period, they need to apply to the examination and approval department for extending cooperation one year before the fourth enrollment, and get approval from the examination and approval department before the second enrollment.
Article 18 Arrangements for students when the agreement is terminated: If the agreement is terminated in advance due to irresistible factors or unanimous or unilateral requirements of both parties, both parties shall take necessary measures to ensure that the registered students finish their studies as planned and issue relevant certificates according to the provisions of this agreement. This clause shall survive the termination of this agreement.
Eight. Dispute settlement method
Article 19 Any unilateral act that fails to perform this agreement or is not agreed by both parties and approved by the project management committee shall be borne by the actor.
Article 20 Any dispute between Party A and Party B shall be settled through negotiation and mutual understanding. If negotiation fails, both parties shall settle it in People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) and according to the relevant laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC).

Article 21 Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be negotiated separately by both parties and implemented after being approved by the examination and approval department.
