1990 was admitted to the Law School of Jilin University, and obtained Bachelor of Law (1994), Master of Civil Law (1998, studied under Professor Cui Jianyuan) and Doctor of Law (studied under Professor Zhang Wenxian in 2002); From June 2003 to June 2004 and June 2004, he was engaged in postdoctoral research in the Law Department of Oxford University (under the instruction of Professor J. W. Harris). He once worked as a research scholar in LSE (2000, 9-20019, under the instruction of Professor J. E. Penner) and taught in the Law Research Department of the Graduate School of Hokkaido University, Japan.
Since July, he has been teaching in the Law School of Jilin University, 1994, and served as a lecturer in February,1998; Associate Professor 1 in September 2006 and Professor1in February 2004; Since September 2005, he has served as a doctoral supervisor of civil and commercial law. He is currently the director of the Civil Law Teaching and Research Section.
Since 2007, he has been employed as "Yongjiang Scholar" distinguished professor of Ningbo University. 20 1 1 has been employed as a professor at Kaiyuan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University.
