Fill the upper valve body with test nitrogen (N2). When filling the upper body, do not approach the front of the steel bar; After the inflation is completed, the hammer steel will automatically extend out. 1) After connecting the pressure gauge to the three-way valve, turn the handle of the three-way valve counterclockwise.
2) Connect the inflation hose to the nitrogen cylinder.
3) After removing the plug of the hammer, install the three-way valve on the inflation valve of the upper body. (Make sure that the three-way valve is equipped with an O-ring)
4) Connect the other end of the inflation hose to the three-way valve.
5) Turn the valve handle on the nitrogen bottle counterclockwise to release nitrogen (N2), and then slowly turn the handle of the three-way valve clockwise to the specified set inflation pressure.
6) Turn the handle of the three-way valve counterclockwise to close the three-way valve, and then turn the valve handle on the nitrogen bottle clockwise to close the nitrogen.
7) After removing the inflatable hose from the tee, tighten the cover of the tee.
8) Turn the handle of the three-way valve clockwise and check the inflation pressure of the upper body again. Note that when inflating the upper body according to the steps of 1) to 8), turn the handle of the three-way valve counterclockwise, and then remove the three-way valve at the inflation valve of the upper body.
However, if you need to adjust the upper body pressure, you can follow the following steps 9) to 13). 9) Remove the inflation hose from the three-way valve.
10) Install the three-way valve tightly on the charging valve.
1 1) When the handle of the three-way valve is turned clockwise, the pressure value of the upper body will be displayed on the pressure gauge.
12) If the nitrogen pressure is low, the steps of 1) to 8) should be re-executed until the pressure rises to the specified air pressure value.
13) If the nitrogen pressure is too high, slowly turn the regulator on the three-way valve counterclockwise, so that the air pressure is discharged from the upper body; When the appropriate and correct pressure value is displayed on the pressure gauge, the regulator should be closed clockwise. If the pressure is too high, the hammer will not work properly. Ensure that the air pressure meets the specified pressure value and that the three-way valve is equipped with an O-ring. Pay attention to completely release the gas pressure in the upper valve body before loosening the through bolt.
Otherwise, the whole bolt will be removed and the upper body will be ejected, which will lead to serious consequences. 1) Before loosening the bolts, nitrogen (N2) should be completely discharged from the upper valve body.
2) After all bolts are removed, check whether they are cracked or damaged.
3) When installing full-body bolts, tighten the bolts diagonally in turn, instead of screwing them in place one at a time.
4) Torque wrenches within the specified range shall be used. 1) Once hydraulic hammer hydraulic oil leaks, replace the damaged sealing ring immediately.
2) When the seal is found to be damaged, the reason must be found out and handled in time.
3) When replacing the seal, butter should be applied to the seal and the seal seat, and the middle finger should be pulled according to the mark, and the thumb should be firmly embedded in the seal seat.
Be careful not to deform the seal with too much force. Note that in actual work, the seal needs to be replaced every 1000 hours. 1) When they are damaged or worn, it is strongly recommended that you pay attention to replacing these items:
-Steel brazing
-Front cover (must be replaced in the workshop)
-Steel pin
-Stop pin (steel pin)
-Rubber plug (steel plug)
-Hydraulic seal
-Bracket side bolt
-Hydraulic hose
2) We suggest that users should have damaged parts, such as steel bars, steel bar shaft pins, steel bar fixing pins, rubber plugs, bolts and hydraulic hoses.
3) In actual work, the hydraulic seal needs to be replaced every 600 hours.
4) Steel axle pin
-When the pin is severely deformed, replacement is very difficult.
Therefore, after every 100 to 150 hours of operation, the contact surfaces between steel pins should be replaced so that two contact surfaces of steel pins can be used. If the steel pin you use is not genuine, we will not be able to guarantee the good working performance of the relevant parts of the circuit breaker. When changing the direction of the steel pin, the contact surface of the pin should be placed on the side of the steel pin. When replacing wearing parts, check the wearing amount of wearing parts, whether there are cracks and scratches, etc. Especially after grinding off the burr and surface protrusion of the shaft pin. After grinding the worn parts of the lower body and steel shaft pin, the steel should be replaced; After grinding the lower body and scraping the worn parts, a new steel shaft pin should be replaced. -The hammer should be stored in a place where the temperature difference does not change much.
-The drill pipe should be removed and the internal nitrogen (N2) should be released.
-The end of the piston should be coated with butter, and the steel and bushing should be coated with rust inhibitor.
-When it is impossible to lubricate, the steel bar must be shrunk to facilitate the piston to enter the oil cylinder.
-The joint connecting the excavator/loader and the main components shall be sealed with a joint cap to prevent dust from entering the oil pipe.
-It's best to place the hammer vertically. If this is not possible, the hammer should be placed on the flat ground where the battens are placed.
-If the hammer has been placed on the wood for more than 6 months, please check the corrosion of all seals and bolts in the oil cylinder before operation.
1) storage method and regular measures. Every three months, in order to keep the seals in good working condition, turn the hammer every six months to check the corrosion of all seals and bolts in the oil cylinder. 2) Before taking regular measures, check the seals and corrosion once every six months. Note: If the hammer is placed on the square bar for more than six months, please check the corrosion of all seals and bolts in the oil cylinder before operation. 1, working oil
-hydraulic hammer uses the same working oil as the excavator.
-When hydraulic hammer continues to work, the oil temperature will rise. Please check the viscosity of the oil at this time.
-If the viscosity of the working oil is too high, it will lead to poor operation, irregular blowing, air holes in the working pump and adhesion in the large valve.
-If the viscosity of working oil is too thin, it will cause internal leakage, reduce working efficiency, and the oil seal and gasket will be damaged due to high temperature.
-In the process of working in hydraulic hammer, the working oil should be replenished before the bucket works, because the oil containing impurities will make the hydraulic components, hydraulic hammer and excavator work out of balance and reduce the working efficiency.
-Refill the working hydraulic oil every 250 hours after installing the hydraulic hammer for the first time, and then every 500 hours.
2. Oil filter
-Because impurities in hydraulic oil will shorten the life of hydraulic components and even block the oil circuit, it is necessary to use an oil filter to remove impurities in the oil.
-After the first installation, change the oil filter every 125 hours.
-Due to the wear and tear of parts, repair and maintenance, as well as the process of oil change and refueling, impurities and dust will enter the hydraulic pipeline.
-When installing the oil filter, the rated capacity of the filter should meet the maximum working pressure for oil return.
3. Oil cooler
-The purpose of using oil cooler is to reduce the working temperature of hydraulic oil.
-If the oil temperature rises too high during hammering, consider replacing the original oil cooler or installing an auxiliary cooler.
