Senior international business engineer, former deputy general manager and general manager of Minmetals International Industrial Company and general manager of Minmetals Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., served as the company's director from May 2000 to February 2003, and was elected as the representative of the 16th National Congress of China in August 2002.
