Guo Jingyi, male, was born in 1964. 1986 after graduating from the law department of Peking University, he joined the treaty law department of MOFTEC and worked in the investment law department for many years, successively serving as deputy director, director and deputy director. After the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation was merged into the Ministry of Commerce in 2003, Guo Jingyi still served as deputy director of the Department of Articles and Law, and in March 2007, he was promoted to full-secretary inspector. The 44-year-old Guo Jingyi is a younger one among the bureau-level cadres of the Ministry of Commerce. On August 13, 2008, Guo Jingyi was suddenly declared "double-regulated". Since then, Zhang Yudong, former director of Beijing Sifeng Law Firm, and Deng Zhan, former deputy director of the Foreign Investment Department of the Ministry of Commerce, have also been formally arrested by the procuratorate. Guo Jingyi was accused of taking bribes of more than 6 million yuan, and made a profit of 6.5438+0.65 million yuan by accepting real estate bribes.
