He used to be deputy director, director, assistant researcher, deputy director, deputy director and researcher of the Second Division of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee, deputy head and deputy secretary of the West Lake District Committee of Hangzhou, director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and secretary of the party group. He is currently a member, standing committee member and deputy secretary of Jianggan District Party Committee in Hangzhou, and acting as the head of Jianggan District People's Government in Hangzhou.
