1. First of all, the second expressway around the river starts from Jinchengjiang District, Hechi City, crosses the T-shaped Blue Ocean Expressway near Hechi West Interchange, and then passes through Jin Chengjiang West to Huanjiang County.

2. Secondly, pass through Huanjiang County and the planned Hechi-Libo Expressway, and then pass through Daan Township, Changmei Township, Dongxing Town and Longyan Township.

Finally, enter the border of central Guizhou in Dadong Village, then pass through Xiutang Township, Jiabang Township, Zaibian Town and Donglang Town in congjiang county, and the end point is near Dushi Village, and set up a T-shaped overpass to cross the Rongjiang-Rong 'an Expressway to be built soon.
