Henan Xinfei Electric Appliance Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinfei Group for short) is a state-owned holding enterprise that produces and manages household appliances, special vehicles, tourist hotels and other industries and products. Originally affiliated to Xinxiang City, Henan Province, it was assigned to AVIC with the approval of the state.

The predecessor of Xinfei Group is Xinxiang Radio Equipment Factory, and 1964 was reorganized by several enterprises to produce military communication vehicles. 1984 switched to household appliances such as refrigerators; 1994, Xinfei Group was established through shareholding system reform.
