I happened to come to the hometown of overseas Chinese by Wanquan River this time, and I was very surprised to see the coconut grove manor and buildings built by the four brothers Cai. This is an exotic place in South Asia with profound China culture.

There are four surprises:

One is to marvel at and like this tropical manor. Its seaside coconut wind, its Nanyang style, its tropical mood, its cultural charm and its Chinese style are all amazing and pleasant.

The second is to marvel at and like this building complex. It is both humanistic and ecological; Both sense of history and fashion; There are both exotic and China customs; It's strong and smooth. I especially like its overall layout, its primitive texture, its geomantic site selection, its mutual harmony and its harmony between man and nature.

The third is to marvel at and like the style, posture and posture of every building in the complex. There are models, classes, gods, rhymes, "schools" and "fans". Look at its momentum towards the blue sky, the agility of dancing freely and desperately, does it make you full of surprises and joy?

The fourth is to marvel at and like the culture in this manor complex. If you are used to the farmhouse and village house with bamboo and wood structure, and then look at this old house, will you be surprised by the fame and status of the Chua family? I also deeply felt the long history and deep homesickness.

This tropical manor complex, located near Wanquan River in Qionghai, Hainan and the site of Boao Forum for Asia, is a private residence, a fortress and a treasure chest. This kind of building can retain the true spirit, plant a strong spirit and breed the atmosphere.

The Cai family mansion in the village was built in the hometown of Cai, a guest who was sent to Nanyang. After leaving the rural areas of Nanyang, people have gone to the world and their horizons have become broader. After returning to Gai Lou, people's souls have settled down and their hearts have brightened.

Cai Jia Nan Yang Manor in Liu Ke Village vividly explains the meaning of the word "Liu Ke" in Liu Ke Village. It represents Qionghai's deep call for overseas travelers, and also represents the homesickness of travelers who have gone to Southeast Asia. Some people say: "The longest road in the world is the way home closer and closer. The deepest feeling in the world is the growing homesickness. " The so-called "now, close to my village and meeting people, I dare not ask a question." After reading this manor complex and Cai's history of going to ancient times and returning to hometown, I remembered a poem, "People grew up on Nanyang Road and felt homesick."

Cai Jia Nan Yang Manor in Liuke Village is pleasing to the eye, pleasing to the eye, nourishing the spirit and enduring for a long time, not only because of its landscape location, garden style and elegant architecture, but also because of its heavy historical and cultural integration and upward spirit.

Cai's manor complex makes people feel educated.

On the wall of Huike Hall, we saw a couplet, which is Su Dongpo's poem: "A drop in the ocean, a white robe is always there." The meaning of the poem is: rushing into the sea and cutting the pulse of constant popularity; Scholar Ding Bai is ambitious for the first time. In the fourth year of Song Shaosheng (1097), Su Dongpo crossed Qiongzhou Strait in a boat and came to Danzhou, a desolate place. Su Dongpo was exiled for the third time. From Beijing to Huangzhou, from Huangzhou to Huizhou, and finally from Huizhou to Danzhou. As he himself said, "My heart is like a gray tree, and my body is like a ship that is not tied." Ask about your life achievements, Huangzhou Huizhou Danzhou ".

But Su Dongpo is Su Dongpo after all. He crossed Poyang Lake, Yuemeiguan Yuling and Qiongzhou Strait, and came to Hainan, a bitter, cold and humid land, and wrote "I am a native of Beier, and I am parasitic in Xishu Prefecture". Su Dongpo was demoted to Hainan and came to Danzhou. I was demoted and suffered, but I did practical things for Hainan people, building water conservancy and agricultural technology, running a library and running a school. One of his students is from Hainan and his name is Jiang Tangzuo. Su Dongpo said in "After Liu Zihou's Poems": "Fu Yuan has been in September, and Joan Mandy Sakura J has come to see it, and the day is in harmony with the ceremony. It will be returned to Chen Geng in March. " "Japan and charity go hand in hand" means that Jiang Tangzuo came to study as a teacher.

Jiang Tangzuo studied hard under Su Dongpo and made rapid progress. Half a year has passed, and Jiang Tangzuo is going home because of his mother's illness. There is also information that Su Dongpo is going back to the north. In short, the two will be separated. Before leaving, Su Dongpo wrote two poems to Jiang Tangzuo: "When the sea is broken, the white robe comes first."

Needless to say, things are so amazing. Later, Jiang Tangzuo really took the juren exam. It is said that he is the first juren in Hainan. Judging from these two poems, Su Dongpo's education is not only imparting knowledge, but also privately imparting the secrets of the imperial examination, but planting ideals and ambitions for Jiang Tangzuo.

From the poem "A drop in the ocean, a white robe always remains", I read Su Dongpo's open-mindedness, selflessness and foresight, and Jiang Tangzuo's diligence, intelligence and ambition. At the same time, I also read a kind of historical information and cultural code. The prosperity and development of a place lies in the opening of society, the flow of talents and cultural exchanges. Both Su Dongpo, a native of the ancient Central Plains, came to Qiongzhou and Cai, a native of Hainan in modern times, exported and introduced culture, learned and brought values. Opening wider to the outside world and strengthening exchanges are the road to growth, development and prosperity.

The Cai brothers have a profound traditional cultural foundation in China. After they developed, they popularized China culture and spread China values in Indonesia. They donated money to open primary and secondary schools in China in Aili Island, and inscribed the words "One World Resident, Qiongzhou, Hainan" on the tombstone of Indonesian Cai Cemetery.

In this old house of Chua's manor, members of Chua's family's love and inheritance of Chinese culture and their awareness of educating their families with Chinese culture can also be seen everywhere.

In the front yard of Caijiawu, the main hall reads "Loyalty and Filial Piety Pass on the Family", and the gates on both sides are magnificent: "Clouds and dreams are broad in the chest, and the ocean is wide", which not only has the traditional Confucian cultural heritage, but also incorporates the fearless spirit of marine entrepreneurship.

Cai Jiazhai also opened a private school "Betel nut study" in the old house, with a portrait of Confucius hanging in the middle and "Learning to be excellent is an official, learning to be excellent is an official" on both sides.

The Chua's manor complex in Liuke Village embodies Chua's descendants scattered all over the world. Today, although the Chua family is scattered all over the country and engaged in different industries, every time they go to Tomb-Sweeping Day, they will go back to their hometown to worship their ancestors, and get together once every three years and once every five years. The whole family also set up a fund to protect and repair the old house. "The concept of the hometown of the descendants of the Yellow Emperor is very heavy. No matter how far you go, leave the leaves behind. Cai's old house carries the thoughts of six generations of future generations on your hometown, and it is a home full of dreams. " Cai's descendants said.
