Fang Xinquan (1953-) was born in Yiyuan County, Shandong Province. China flower and bird painter. Member of China Artists Association, President of Beijing China Ink Painting Research Institute, and national first-class artist. 1977 graduated from Qingdao Arts and Crafts School (now Art College of Qingdao University of Science and Technology); 199 1 Enter the postgraduate class of China Academy of Fine Arts for further study.
