Shu Ren, a native of Xinmin County, Liaoning Province, joined the Northeast Democratic Youth League (later renamed the New Democratic Youth League) in 1947, and joined China in April/949. 1953, he served as deputy minister, director and office director of the Organization Department of Fushun Municipal Committee, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Fushun Iron and Steel Plant of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. During the Cultural Revolution, he was attacked and criticized. After 1969, he served as the commander-in-chief of the construction headquarters of Dongling Steel Plant in Fushun, Liaoning Province, the head of Fushun Steel Plant in the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, and the Standing Committee of Fushun Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. From 65438 to 0979, he served as director of the Military Industry Office of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. 1980, served as mayor, deputy secretary and secretary of Fushun Municipal Committee. 1982 served as member of the Standing Committee of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Acting Minister of Organization Department. From 65438 to 0983, he served as secretary of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee (then the first secretary) and governor. 1986 secretary of Liaoning provincial party Committee. 1993 Director of the Standing Committee of Liaoning Provincial People's Congress. They are all alternate members of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), members of the 13th and 14th Central Committees, representatives of the 13th, 14th and 15th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China (CPC), representatives of the 6th, 7th and 8th National Congresses, and members of the 9th Standing Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
