He knows three English letters about intellectual property reform. After listening to this sentence, the customers next to him were sweating like a pig. How can an employee criticize the boss so much in front of customers? However, Ren didn't care.
It is such a great man who has made great achievements in Huawei for more than 30 years. The employees in Huawei are called "Xu Zong". This is a bit confusing. Is there still "Manager Xu Da"?
Huawei really has a "big manager Xu"
Mr. Xu's total name is. He joined Huawei two years before Xu Zhijun. At the beginning, he was responsible for research and development, presided over the development of Huawei's first generation of office program-controlled switches, and achieved fruitful results.
There is also a story about Xu Wenwei joining Huawei. Xu Wenwei graduated from Southeast University with a master's degree 1990, and is good at assembly language and circuit design. As soon as he graduated, he entered the well-known enterprise Illida, and became famous by hardware design in just one year.
Ren was moved by his design and invited him personally. After talking about Huawei's grand blueprint, Xu Wenwei was tricked into Huawei. At that time, Gao, who worked as an engineer with Yili Da, also tried to persuade him not to be impulsive. After all, he is a well-known enterprise, an "old hat" company established for three years.
Now it seems that Xu Wenwei, like Cai Chongxin, opened the perspective of God and joined an unknown company without hesitation.
After entering Huawei, Xu Wenwei's technology was brought into full play, and Huawei's own chip SD502 was successfully developed in just one year. The success of 1992 SD502 has opened Huawei's chip road for more than 30 years.
As we all know, Ren Zeng said in an office on the sixth floor: "The research and development of new products is unsuccessful, so I can only jump from here!"
It was Xu Wenwei who pulled Ren Zheng Fei back from the brink of bankruptcy. 1993, with the efforts of Xu Wenwei and Zheng Li, the SD509 chip was designed. With this chip, the sales volume of Huawei 1994 switches reached 800 million, and by 2003, the sales volume exceeded 1000 billion, making it the largest switch model in the world. Later, Huawei established HiSilicon full-time chip research and development, and Xu Wenwei became the decision-maker of He Tingbo. At present, Xu Wenwei is the director of Huawei and the president of the Institute of Strategic Studies, responsible for chips, overall technology, strategic planning and research and development.
