Sun Yong from Ningxiang is from Dacheng County, Hebei Province. Sun Yong was born in a poor peasant family in Dacheng County, Hebei Province. From/kloc-0 to May 1947, he was transferred to Chairman Mao as a guard, and it lasted for 20 years until/kloc-0 to February 1967. After that, he was responsible for the safety of Comrade Deng Xiaoping. He was awarded the rank of Major General in 1988 and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General in 1990.
