Ye Wen (1893- 1972), whose real name is Ye Jiwen, is a rich boy in Foshan, Guangdong. Ye Wen received a strict Confucian education from his family. Chen Huashun (a pseudonym of South China University of Technology), the high-legged disciple of Liang Zan, the king of Wing Chun, has been learning Wing Chun from his teacher since he was seven years old. After taking Ip Man as a disciple, Chen Huashun stopped taking anyone to learn, and Ip Man became a disciple of Chen Huashun.
