Rao Bin is from Jilin City, Jilin Province. 1933 Join the Communist Youth League of China. 1937 * * Joined China. He used to be Secretary-General of the Provisional Provincial Committee of Northwest Shanxi, Deputy Secretary of Jingle District Committee, Secretary of the Eighth District Committee of Jinsui, Education Director of Jinsui Branch of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of Fushun and Jilin Municipal Committees, Commander of Tumen Garrison of Northeast Democratic Coalition Forces, and Mayor of Harbin. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), he served as deputy secretary of CPC Songjiang Provincial Committee, deputy governor of Songjiang Province, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Jilin Provincial Committee, director of Changchun No.1 Automobile Factory, deputy director of No.1 Machinery Industry Department, deputy director of State Economic Commission, director of No.2 Automobile Factory, minister of No.1 Machinery Industry Department and chairman of China Automobile Industry Company. Representative of the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, member of the Central Advisory Committee, and representative of the Fourth and Fifth National People's Congresses.
The founder of the new China automobile industry,1in July, 953, he left the first black soil in Mao Zedong, and wrote an inscription in his own hand, laying the foundation stone for the construction of FAW. It was he who accepted the task of producing red flag cars; 1964, he was ordered to go to the foot of Wudang Mountain and presided over the establishment of the Second Automobile in the subsequent Cultural Revolution.
Rao Bin was born in Jilin, formerly known as Rao Hongxi. I studied in Tongji University Medical College in my early years. After participating in the revolution, he served as secretary of Jiaocheng District Committee of Shanxi Province, secretary of Fushun Municipal Committee, commander of Tumen Garrison, mayor of Harbin Special City and deputy secretary of Songjiang Province. In the early 1950s, Rao Bin volunteered to be the director of the No.1 Automobile Factory, which was demoted for use due to the political struggle in Northeast China.
When discussing the candidates for the Central Committee, Mao Zedong remembered Rao Bin, who had seen a tall and brave man in Harbin, and asked, "Is that white-faced scholar the mayor? Is he good enough? " After getting a positive answer, Chairman Mao nodded, and the Central Committee officially appointed Rao Bin as the director of Changchun No.1 Automobile Factory.
