Flax breeding has made pioneering achievements, and four flax varieties have made great breakthroughs in high yield, adaptability and disease resistance, among which two varieties have become the largest varieties planted in different periods in China. Since 1993, the research on continuous control of wheat stripe rust has made important progress in the establishment of stripe rust resistance gene bank, the transfer of effective stripe rust resistance genes and the breeding of various disease-resistant varieties.
