Using Asp.net technology to develop geological data management service system based on B/S mode, integrating general databases and systems, and formulating business processes will help to improve management efficiency and service capacity.

1 Introduction
Informatization is the development trend and tide in the world today. Vigorously promoting informatization is a strategic measure covering the overall situation of China's modernization and an important means to solve development problems. The application of computer technology in various professional fields of geological work from scratch, from weak to strong, directly or indirectly promoted the development of geological data information work. Especially in March 2002 and June 2003, 5438+ 10, the State Council and the Ministry of Land and Resources successively issued the Regulations on Geological Data Management and its implementation methods, which put forward new requirements for the modern management of geological data, such as establishing a geological data management information system, strengthening the standardization of geological data management, improving the efficiency of geological data management and realizing the informationization of the main processes of geological data management.
Xi 'an Geological Survey Center (Northwest Branch of China Geological Survey Archives) of China Geological Survey, where the author works, is responsible for receiving, checking, keeping and serving the geological survey data submitted by the geological survey project in northwest China, and at the same time undertaking the management and service of various geological data formed by the geological survey and research work of Xi 'an Geological Survey Center. In recent years, the informatization of geological data has been continuously strengthened. At present, geological data management departments or units basically adopt single function or strong pertinence, and there is no geological data business management and service system suitable for their own characteristics. Multi-angle management systems are used independently on multiple platforms, resulting in complex work procedures and heavy repetitive workload. Our unit has developed a geological data management service system that optimizes the informationization of our library, and explored the unified integration of various management service data and related businesses suitable for geological data management.
2 system design
2. 1 system architecture design
Geological data management service system adopts B/S mode realized by Microsoft Asp.net technology (see figure 1 for system architecture mode). B/S mode is the architecture mode of browser/server. The client only needs a browser to enter the office system, and does not need to install the client, but only needs to update the server system for system upgrade and maintenance. The system adopts hierarchical architecture design, and the responsibility of presentation layer is separated from business components and data interaction components, which is beneficial to the expansion and maintenance of the system. The system adopts PostgreSQL 9. 1 database, which ensures the security and stability of data with high quality and improves the operating efficiency of the system. Because the management system serves multi-department and multi-level users, data sharing and security are fully considered when establishing the system. In order to make the system easy to maintain and safe, the system adopts the mode of user rights management, and the system administrator grants different types of users different operating rights. At the same time, the system has established a perfect data backup mechanism to ensure the safety of standard data.
2.2 Composition of system function modules
The geological data management service system is divided into three subsystems: achievement geological data management, physical geological data management and original geological data management. At present, the geological data management and service subsystem has been established. According to the system construction goals and ease of use, the subsystem software has functional modules as shown in Figure 2.

2.3 Operating environment
Server environment: Windows Server 2003/2008 SP2 operating system and PostgreSQL 9. 1 database;

3 system function
3. 1 business process office automation
The management system of geological data includes submission management, exchange management, lending management, catalog database management (file level and file level), warehouse management, graphic database management, electronic reading room system, system management and other functional modules. Each module realizes the statistical process control and information sharing from submission (submission) to data reception and acceptance, sorting and storage, browsing and query of graphic data, service utilization.
3.2 Regional Submission Management
Regional submission data management is a functional module for our library to receive and manage the geological survey data submitted by the geological survey project undertaker in northwest China, including submission data registration (editing), submission data acceptance (preliminary examination and detailed examination), sorting out shelves, submission data inquiry, submission data statistics, data transfer management and other functions.
The information submitted for registration includes data name, project name, data category, formation time, submitting unit, etc. And the related content is related to the directory database, thus reducing the recording workload of the subsequent file-level directory database; The submitted statistics can form statistical analysis values according to the demand, which can be used to generate statistical reports and grasp the submitted data information in time; The template for submitting supplementary modification notice and geological data acceptance sheet is built in the system, which can directly form, export and print supplementary modification notice and acceptance sheet according to relevant record information.
Handover data management refers to handing over qualified data to the development center of China Geological Survey in a large area according to the requirements of the Measures for Data Management of China Geological Survey, realizing the functions of handover data registration, handover data confirmation management, handover data submission form printing, handover data statistics, handover data query, etc., and providing conditions such as handover time, data file number and data name query, among which the data name supports keyword fuzzy query.
In order to ensure the validity and accuracy of the data, except for the data number and data name, the number cannot be repeated, and important data items cannot be modified at will after data entry and confirmation; If you need to add, modify or delete, you must go through the administrator. In order to improve the efficiency of entry, some entry items are marked with drop-down prompts, and there are information prompts when the operation is wrong.
3.3 Central data collection management
Geological data formed by units undertaking geological work shall be fully managed by the administrative departments of land and resources.
3.4 Directory Database Management
Directory database is the core database of this system, which plays a connecting role, connecting the submission of data management data and the borrowing and query of data. File-level catalog data can be collected, catalogued, recorded and checked in accordance with the Detailed Rules for Recording Geological Survey Results, and can be imported and exported from the database collected on the platform of Geological Survey Results Catalog Entry System (1.0); The collection, description and verification of file-level catalog data can import data recorded by classified cleaning software and export xml files according to the requirements of the Management Information System for Clearing and Registration of Achievements Geological Data (2.0). It also designs the functions of directory data query, browsing and statistics, and makes statistics on public welfare data, protective data, confidential data, electronic data, electronic degree and total data according to the submission date.
3.5 Graphic database management
Maintain and manage the collection of graphic data information, including graphic data maintenance, graphic data browsing, graphic browsing authorization and other functional modules. Electronic geological data are converted into PDF files and imported into the system, and the internal browsing terminal users can realize online electronic reading and query of pictures and texts through authorization.
3.6 Loan management
Borrowing management is a functional module to manage users who come to the library to consult materials and their borrowing situation.
3.6. 1 Borrowing and Retrieval
Users in the lending subsystem access and log in, and search the library catalogue. The catalogue retrieval interface is connected with the national geological data catalogue retrieval system, which is divided into fuzzy query and conditional query. Conditional query can select file number, administrative region, latitude and longitude, material name, work level, formation time and other multi-conditional comprehensive search. The search results show basic information such as data catalogue and content summary, graphic digital information, paper borrowing information, etc., and put forward borrowing application, graphic browsing and printing and copying application according to requirements. After the management terminal approves the application for graphic browsing, the graphic content of the required data can be read by the machine.
3.6.2 Borrowing information query
Borrowing record query is a functional module to query the historical borrowing situation. You can query according to file number, borrowing number, borrower, borrowing unit, data name, start time and end time, and retrieve data borrowing time and personnel information.
Borrowing statistics: Borrowing materials are registered according to borrowing number, file number, data name, borrower, borrowing unit (project, department), borrowing time, return time, purpose of use, and the number of copied borrowed documents and drawings. On the one hand, borrowing statistics can form a statistical report of data borrowing times in a certain period of time, on the other hand, it can also understand the data with high user borrowing frequency and the distribution of users, and provide a basic basis for active service.
In the administrator interface, you can also copy charge registration, query statistical data and agreements, print approval documents, monitor and audit lending.
store management
Basically realized the all-round management functions of warehouse management, including warehouse and equipment management, data storage location management, data ledger, temperature and humidity management, data inventory management, electronic file backup management, data destruction management, volume detail management and so on. Through the preliminary business basic data, an electronic account book can be formed and exported, and the number of collected data (types, copies, pieces and boxes) can be counted in various ways. At present, the temperature and humidity are managed by manual records, which supports the docking with the automatic temperature and humidity control system.
4 conclusion
(1) In recent years, the Ministry of Land and Resources and China Geological Survey have deployed a number of geological information construction projects, and made some progress in standard construction, electronic document collection, basic database, business management system and socialized service system, which has brought the management and service of geological data to a new level. However, there are some limitations in applying data management services in production units. This system is also used as geological data.
(2) This system integrates the catalog database description system, query system, geological data classification and cleaning management system and graphic database on a unified platform, absorbs the advantages of relevant domestic systems, and integrates them into the geological data management service business processes such as submission and reception, borrowing and utilization, electronic reading and warehouse management of geological survey data in northwest China, thus realizing centralized management of relevant data.
The application of this system improves the convenience and effectiveness of library's submission, acceptance and data borrowing, and creates favorable conditions for improving library's collaborative office. Each module is designed with statistical function, which improves the statistical efficiency of staff, and basically realizes the standardized management of the whole process of geological data management, service query and information statistics informationization, and electronic data reading and query at the client.
