Li Zhiyong, male, Han nationality, born in June, 1953, native of Yangzhou, Jiangsu. /kloc-0 joined China in August 1975, and/kloc-0 joined the work in March 1970. He graduated from China Huazhong Normal University with a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in history. At present, he is the executive deputy secretary of the Central State Organs Working Committee (presiding over the daily work, at the ministerial level) and the deputy head of the Central Talent Work Coordination Group.
