May 29th of the lunar calendar is the biggest traditional festival of Yao nationality, namely Danu Festival, also known as Birthday Festival, Zunniang Festival, Yaonian Festival and Erjiu Festival. It is the most solemn traditional festival of Yao nationality in Mashan, Longan, Pingguo, Bama and Du 'an in Guangxi, also known as Erjiu Festival, Zunniang Festival, Bamboo Festival and Yao Festival.
