First, restore the network settings.
Sometimes you can't connect because of network settings. You can try to restore the network settings, and then open Settings → General → Restore on the iPhone.
On the iPhone's recovery settings page, we can see that there is "Restore network settings" on the page. Select and restore network settings, then restart the phone, reconnect WiFi, and open the App Store again to try to solve the problem.
Second, reset WiFi.
If it is too much trouble to restore the above network settings, you can try WiFi reset, open the settings page of iPhone, find "WLAN" and click Open.
Click the "Me" setting icon button to the right of the currently connected WiFi account.
At this time, in the opened page, select "Ignore this network", then restart the phone and reconnect the WiFi again to see if the problem is solved.
Third, change the Apple ID.
Sometimes the iTunes Store can't connect because of the Apple ID problem. The quickest way is to log in by borrowing someone else's Apple ID. If someone else can connect, it may be that when you registered Apple ID before, some information was not completely filled in, so you can go directly to the official address to improve it:
Fourth, the reset date.
Similarly, turn on Settings → General → Date and Time on the iPhone in turn, and turn off the open button on the right side of automatic settings.
At this point, adjust the current time to the same time last year, that is, 20 14, and then try the iTunes Store again. Any questions? If you still can't connect, then open the "automatic setting" just now and try to solve the problem again. If not, try again several times.
Verb (short for verb) resets access restrictions.
Open Settings → General → Access Restrictions on iPhone, and click Open.
If access restrictions are currently turned on, please check whether the iTunes Store below is also turned on. If so, turn it off directly.
If access restrictions are currently turned off, click Enable Access Restrictions directly.
Set a 4-digit password to restrict access, and also open the iTunes Store at the bottom of the list, and then stay for about 5 or 6 seconds.
Turn off access restrictions again, click Disable Access Restrictions, and then try to solve the problem?
Sixth, replace the network.
If you are currently using a WiFi network, you can change the network to cellular data and try to connect again. Similarly, if there is a connection problem in the cellular data network, you can try the WLAN.
If all the above methods fail, it may be a local operator network problem or an Apple server problem. Try again later. Or look at the friends around you who use iPhone, try to connect with the same carrier network and wireless network, and check whether it is a network problem or a mobile phone problem.
