Yang Zongren said that the customs will strengthen port law enforcement, maintain the high-pressure situation of cracking down on infringement, enhance the deterrence of law enforcement, and urge enterprises to "dare not infringe"; Actively cultivate enterprises with export intellectual property advantages, point out a broad road for enterprise transformation and upgrading, and let enterprises understand "no infringement"; Strengthen the risk analysis of import and export goods, supervise the production and operation of enterprises afterwards, carry out enterprise credit management, jointly punish illegal and untrustworthy enterprises with relevant departments, build a social co-governance pattern of intellectual property protection, and urge enterprises to "not infringe". At present, China Customs has signed law enforcement cooperation agreements with more than 130 countries and regions, and will strengthen customs protection of intellectual property rights through cooperation channels among international customs.
