The airport belongs to a public institution and is managed by the Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

The Air Traffic Control Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China leads and manages seven regional air traffic control bureaus of civil aviation and their subordinate air traffic control units. 3. Since 1980s, China's airspace, air route and air route structure have been adjusted many times:

Thirty-seventh airport management agencies, air transport enterprises and other on-site units should take effective measures to strengthen coordination and cooperation to jointly ensure the normal operation of flights.

If the flight is delayed, the airport management agency shall timely coordinate the air transport enterprises and other relevant on-site units to jointly provide services for passengers and shippers, and timely notify relevant information. Air transport enterprises and their agents shall provide corresponding services for passengers and shippers in accordance with relevant regulations and service commitments.
