(four) ministerial deputy, provincial deputy: five to four;

(5) Division Chief, Division Chief and Inspector: Grade 7-5;

(6) Deputies at department level, deputies at department level and assistant inspectors: Grade 8 to Grade 6;

(7) Division-level section chief, county-level section chief and researcher: level 10 to level 7;

(4) Deputy Minister of the central ministries and commissions, deputy secretary and standing committee member of provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) committees, standing committee member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and secretary of provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) disciplinary committees: Grade 4-5;

(5) Directors of central ministries and commissions, ministers of provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) committees, secretaries of local (cities, prefectures, leagues and municipalities directly under the Central Government) committees, deputy secretaries of disciplinary committees of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and inspectors: five to seven levels;

(6) deputy director of the central ministries and commissions, deputy director of provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) committees, deputy secretary of prefectural (city, state, league and municipality directly under the central government) committees, members of prefectural (city, state and municipality directly under the central government) committees (standing committees), standing committees of disciplinary committees of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, and prefectural (city, state and league) committees.

(9) Section chief, minister of county (city, banner, provincial jurisdiction) committee, secretary of township (town) Party committee, deputy secretary of county (city, banner, provincial jurisdiction) Commission for Discipline Inspection and chief clerk: Grade 9 to 12;

(10) deputy section chief, deputy director of various departments of county (city, banner, provincial jurisdiction) committees, deputy secretary of township (town) party committees, standing committee member of discipline inspection commission of county (city, banner, provincial jurisdiction), deputy director: grade 9- 13;

(1 1) Clerk: Grade 9 to 14;

(12) Clerk: 10 to 15.
