At present, video submission supports two ways to upload videos: web client and desktop client. The allowed video formats are mp4, flv, avi, wmv, mov, webm, mpeg4-4, ts, mpg, rm, rmvb and mkv. You can go to the submission page, as shown below.

DV:

DV type I: digital video AVI file contains original video and audio information. DV type I files are usually smaller than DV type II files and are compatible with most A/V devices, such as DV cameras and tape recorders.

DV Type II: the digital video AVI file contains the original video and audio information, and also contains a separate audio track as a copy of DV audio. DV Type II is more widely used than DV Type I compatible software, because most programs that use AVI files want to use separate audio tracks.
