Yang Hong, 1993, majoring in fermentation engineering in Wuxi Institute of Light Industry (now Jiangnan University), received a doctorate in engineering. 1since August, 1993, I have worked in the School of Life Science and Technology of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He has been a professor since 2002 and a doctoral supervisor since 2003. During this period, I have visited Hanover University in Germany, Tsukuba University in Japan and Laval University in Canada. As the project leader, he presided over a number of national natural science foundation projects, national "863" and "973" subprojects, and research projects entrusted by Shanghai and enterprises.
