He was born in 195 1 1 4, and his native place is Wuxue City, Hubei Province. 1joined the army in March, 1969 and worked in a certain department of the navy 14 years. 1982, job-hopping, working in Wuxue Justice Bureau for 3 years. 65438-0985 transferred to Jianghan District Judicial Bureau of Wuhan, and began to study at Wuhan University Law School. 1985, because of "frequent news reports", was transferred to the Propaganda Department of Jianghan District Committee of Wuhan City, and worked for more than 20 years.
