1959 graduated from Southwest Normal University. He used to be the vice president and chairman of the trade union of Jianyang Normal School in Sichuan Province. He is currently the deputy director of Jianyang County Local Records Compilation Committee, the deputy director of Jianyang County Local Records Office, a member of Sichuan Local Records Association, a director of Neijiang Local Records Society, an executive vice president of Jianyang County Local Records Society, and a member of the 6th CPPCC.

From 65438 to 0984, he began to engage in the compilation and research of local records. He was awarded 1990 advanced worker in Neijiang, 1993 honorary certificate of Sichuan Local Records Compilation Committee, and 1996 advanced worker in jianyang city, and was commended by provinces, cities, counties and schools for 24 times.

He has written The Quality of Editor-in-Chief Determines the Quality of Records (won the Neijiang Municipal Government's Encouragement Award), Serving the Reality while Editing, Jianyang green gang, My Humble Opinion on the Photos of County Records, Jianyang People in the Anti-Japanese War (70,000 words, won the first prize of the China New Era Cultural and Artistic Creation Competition of the Literature and Art Newspaper of the Chinese Writers Association) and Records Editing Songs.

Editor-in-chief of Pingquan District Records, Overview of Jianyang County (co-edited), Some Views on Two Manuscripts, Views on Neijiang County (Finance) and Xiongzhou of Tianfu-jianyang city won the Hundred Flowers Cup Award for National Excellent Short Stories, Jianyang County, Reflections on Editors' Records, etc.
