Li Lanying, female,1born in March 1967, was born in Baoding, Hebei. Doctor of Law, Wuhan University, postdoctoral fellow in criminal procedure law, China University of Political Science and Law. Visiting scholar at the Criminology Research Center of Oxford University and the Law School of Taiwan Province Political University. He was selected into the "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education", the "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program" of Fujian Province and the second "Fujian Excellent Young Legal Talents". He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of Xiamen University Law School, director of Xiamen University Economic Crime Research Center, director of Xiamen University Law School Crime Prevention and Criminal Policy Research Center, head of Xiamen University's "Economic Crime Punishment and Economic Criminal Law Innovation" team, and chief expert of major projects of the National Social Science Fund. He is also the executive director of China Criminal Law Research Association, the executive director of China Criminal Procedure Law Research Association, the vice president of Fujian Law Society Criminal Law Research Association and the president of Xiamen Law Society Criminal Law Research Association. He used to be an expert advisory member of Fujian Provincial People's Procuratorate, Fujian Provincial People's Court, Fujian Provincial Public Security Department (Economic Investigation), Collaborative Innovation Center for Peaceful Development of Cross-Strait Relations (cross-strait common affairs cooperation platform), Xiamen Municipal People's Procuratorate, Xiamen Intermediate People's Court and Xiamen Municipal Political and Legal Committee.
