1985 started to contact volleyball;

1988, studied volleyball with Wen Hongwei in Liaoning Sports School, and then played for Liaoning Men's Volleyball Team as the main attacker.

1993 was selected for the China Youth Men's Volleyball Team;

1995 was selected for the China Men's Volleyball Team, first as the main attacker of China Men's Volleyball Team, and then became the first free man in the history of China Men's Volleyball Team;

1996- 1998 won all the Asian championships with his teammates in the national team, and the main jersey number in the national team was 18.

Retired from the national team in 2000;

200 1 Transferred from Liaoning Men's Volleyball Team to Germany before the National Games.

In Japan, he entered Tsukuba University to study volleyball coach. He studied under the most famous volleyball coach and professor in Japan, Tazawa Fanfu. At the same time, he also served as the head coach of the volleyball team of NPO Smile Club in Japan at night.

After graduating from Tsukuba University in 2006, she worked as an assistant coach in Angel Cross Women's Professional Volleyball Team for one year.

He got his master's degree in 2007, and he is the most educated volleyball professional in China so far.
