Cong Fei, formerly known as Zhang Chong, was born in Zhuangtai Town, Dawa County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province,1June 1969. After dropping out of school in the second grade, he entered a bank as a cashier and was admitted to Shenyang Conservatory of Music. 1992 After graduation, he went to Guangzhou and Shenzhen two years later, and later served as the head of the Art Troupe of Shenzhen Volunteer Union.
