Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:
1, to provide quality and value-added customer service for all customers;
2. Assist the manager in daily operation and give feedback to the manager in time;
3. Assist the store manager to achieve good sales performance and gross profit performance in the store;
4, responsible for the implementation of good business standards and vivid display, commodity promotion in the store;
5, responsible for the investigation and evaluation of supermarket competition environment;
6. Be responsible for the good maintenance of inventory, including controlling shortage and supervising the normal operation of system order and warehouse management;
7. Check whether all departments in the store are operating normally and handle abnormal situations;
8, organize the implementation of inventory;
9. Coordinate the relationship with local government departments.
Main work:
1, under the leadership of the manager, exercise the leadership of the competent department or be authorized to handle in-store affairs in the absence of the manager;
2. Track the report completion of each department and approve daily system orders;
3. Read the work handover of the store manager, organize daily meetings, strengthen communication and coordination among various departments, and assist in guiding and handling difficult problems in operation;
4. Evaluate the performance of managers and check the implementation of "operation standards" of various departments;
5. Formulate quantitative indicators of each department, including sales performance, gross profit performance and inventory performance indicators, review the completion of each department and report to the manager;
6. Draft the budget plan of various expenses in the store, as well as suggestions on reasonable staffing, expansion and reduction of staff in the store;
7. Draft various rules and regulations and notices, and improve various management mechanisms;
8. Be responsible for the interpretation, communication, implementation and supervision of the rules and strategies for operating headquarters and in-store systems;
9. Understand the ideological trends of managers and employees and guide them correctly.

1. Attend relevant meetings at headquarters and give feedback on operation information;
2. Assist the related affairs of the headquarters;
3. Deal with all emergencies in time;
4. Contact and coordinate with government functional departments to ensure the normal operation of shopping malls;
5, check the quality of staff canteen work, do a good job of logistics;
6, check the equipment maintenance and management;
7. Do a good job of fire safety and hygiene in the store.
