2. Expand the scope of government information disclosure. Continuously deepen the depth and breadth of government information disclosure, include more government information into the scope of disclosure, increase the transparency of government affairs disclosure, and further protect the people's right to know, participate, express and supervise public security work.

4. Promote window construction and service work.
