Qingyun Technology held the first meeting of the second board of directors on May 23, 2022, reviewed and approved the Proposal on Electing the Chairman of the Second Board of Directors of the Company, and elected Huang as the Chairman of the Second Board of Directors of the Company. The term of office shall be from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors to the date of expiration of the term of office of the second board of directors.
