Shen (Haigo T. H. Shen,1August 8, 926-June 2005 18), a native of Shanghai, was the founder of Senhai International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shen Construction Joint Office. He has worked in Taiwan Province Province for more than 40 years, created many miracles with many famous buildings, and won many architectural-related honors.
