Ouyang Yi (19 10—2005), a native of Yizhang County, Hunan Province, was a founding lieutenant general and transferred to China from 1928. He took part in the uprising in southern Hunan and went to Jinggangshan. He is an old Red Army, having been baptized by the Agrarian Revolution, War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation. After the founding of New China, he served as director of the Political Department of China People's Public Security Force, deputy political commissar of the PLA artillery, director of the Military Management Committee of the Ministry of Petroleum, and deputy political commissar of the artillery. He was awarded the rank of lieutenant general in 1955.
Ou Yangwen (19 12-June 200312), a native of Pingjiang county, Hunan province, was the founding lieutenant general. /kloc-0 joined the Chinese red army of workers and peasants in July, 1930, and193/kloc-0 joined China in June. Participated in five anti-encirclement campaigns, the Long March and the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and Liberation Wars in the Soviet area. After the founding of New China, he served as the political commissar of the Central South Military Region Public Security Force, the political commissar of the Guangdong Military Region and the editor-in-chief of the People's Liberation Army newspaper. He used to be the political commissar and dean of China People's Liberation Army Military Telecommunication Engineering College (now xidian university), the Party Secretary of Fourth Ministry of machinery industry No.10 Research Institute and Vice Minister Fourth Ministry of machinery industry, and was awarded the rank of Lieutenant General by 1955.
Ouyang Ping (1916—2065438+March 24, 2004), a native of Longping Village, Longping Township, Xingguo County, Jiangxi Province, was a founding major general. After the founding of New China, he served as the artillery political commissar of Nanjing Military Region, deputy political commissar of public security forces and director of political department, deputy political commissar of Chengdu Military Region and deputy political commissar of jinan military area command. 1955 won the rank of Major General of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
