Mr. Li Tao: Born in May, 1965, Master of Surgery, graduated from Peking Union Medical College. He used to be a surgical resident in Beijing Sixth Hospital, attending physician, director of surgery in attending surgeon and Tsinghua University hospitals of Union Medical College Hospital, director and vice president of medical department, member of preparatory group of medical college, deputy director of preparatory office of clinical hospital, vice president of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University, chief surgeon of surgery, director of preparatory office of Tsinghua (Chang Gung) Hospital, and executive dean of Beijing Wang Fu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. He is currently the director of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the executive director of China Medical Promotion Association, the chairman of the professional committee of Beijing Medical Award Foundation, the general manager of Beijing Chengzhi Ruihua Hospital Investment Management Co., Ltd., the president of Dandong No.1 Hospital, the secretary of the Party Committee, and the general manager of the medical and health department of Chengzhi Co., Ltd.
