The main responsibilities of the secretary of the enterprise discipline inspection committee:

1, check the implementation of the Party's line, principles, policies and resolutions by Party organizations and leading cadres in party member, observe the Party rules and regulations in party constitution, implement inner-party supervision within the scope of party constitution and relevant regulations, and support, protect and promote the healthy and smooth production and operation of enterprises;

2. Assist in handling cases in which party organizations and leading cadres in party member violate party discipline;

3. Investigate and analyze the construction of party style and clean government in this enterprise, put forward suggestions to strengthen the construction of party style and clean government in a timely manner, resist and correct all kinds of unhealthy trends that harm the interests of the party and the state, assist the party Committee to formulate plans for the construction of party style and clean government, participate in the examination of cadres in party member and the inspection of party style and party discipline, and supervise and inspect the implementation of the responsibility system and clean government measures;

4, in conjunction with the relevant departments of the Party Committee, combined with the actual work of enterprise discipline inspection, take various forms of party spirit and discipline education for party organizations and party member, and strengthen the construction of party organizations.

5. Accepting reports, complaints, appeals, suggestions and reflections from Party organizations, party member and the people on the party's discipline and work style;

6. Protect party member's rights and other legitimate rights and interests stipulated by party constitution, and support the Party's organizations and party member to fight against illegal and disorderly behaviors and unhealthy practices;

7. Guide subordinate party organizations and members of full-time and part-time discipline inspection committees to carry out their work, conduct political and professional training for discipline inspection cadres of this enterprise, and continuously improve the quality of cadres;

8. To undertake the work assigned by the superior discipline inspection commission and the enterprise party committee.
