Established in 2007, China Resources Gas Group is one of the strategic business units of China Resources Group. In May, 20021,it joined the methane emission control alliance of China oil and gas enterprises.

China Resources Gas Holdings Limited ("China Resources Gas") is mainly owned by China Resources (Group) Limited, one of the largest state-owned enterprise groups in China. As a leading gas utility group in China, China Resources Gas is mainly engaged in gas distribution business in downstream cities, including pipeline gas distribution, gas filling station business and sales in gas appliance.

The business of China Resources Gas is strategically distributed all over the country, mainly concentrated in economically developed and densely populated areas and areas with abundant natural gas reserves. With a good industry foundation and the execution of the Group, China Resources Gas continued to achieve rapid expansion through connotative growth and acquisition in 20 19.

By the end of 20 19, the total number of gas projects in China Resources Gas City reached 25 1 one, distributed in 22 provinces in China, including 4 provincial capitals/kloc-0 and 3 municipalities directly under the central government.
