Liu, male, born in February 1963/kloc-0, a native of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, graduated from the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee, joined the Party in February 1993/kloc-0, and joined the work in February 1980/kloc-0. He is currently the director and party secretary of jiawang district Transportation Bureau.
