Learn in detail that he has such an evaluation because this company does not pay insurance, single vacation and so on. In this case, I suggest that the reason for leaving the company can be written as "the company does not pay social security" instead of "management confusion".

In short, there is no need to hide what has happened. The key is to know what you want and be prepared for what you want to do in the future.
