Wu Qiang, male,1born in June 1957, party member of the Communist Party of China,1graduated from Wuhan Institute of Waterway Engineering in June 1982 with a master's degree in ship fluid mechanics, 1989 with a doctor's degree in ship and marine structure design and manufacture from Harbin Institute of Engineering in 2005. He is currently the director, general manager and deputy secretary of the party group of China State Shipbuilding Corporation.
