How to prepare for an interview with your resume?
Go to the interview in the normal process, be neither humble nor humble, not deliberate, and don't be nervous. If you are passive, just follow the rhythm of HR, if you are active, it is also possible to express yourself as much as possible and understand the company information you want on the basis of following certain rules. Next, let's talk about some things to pay attention to when bringing your resume to the interview.

First, the interview style. Since you went with your resume, you should pay special attention to it. Many people in the workplace like to fold it up or roll it up for carrying around. This is convenient for you, but when you provide your resume to HR, the first thing HR sees is your resume style, wrinkled like a diaper. Even if you are really excellent, you will give HR the impression that you are sloppy and don't pay attention to your resume. If one of the same group of job seekers has similar ability, but your resume is dull, HR will definitely not choose you. In addition, although the printed resume is a blank sheet of paper, it is equivalent to our ID card for job hunting. All the information HR wanted to know at first was on it. If you don't care about yourself, how can others care about you?

Second, wear. Based on different enterprises, job seekers dress differently. Although most enterprises will not restrict the dress of job seekers, if they are generous, clean and refreshing, it is undoubtedly a plus item. Lao Wang once met a female job seeker with an excellent resume, ranking among the top three job seekers in the same group. However, because I worked in a literary company before, and I was dressed avant-garde, my hair was very short, and I dyed it in a color that was unacceptable to ordinary people. My pants were also full of holes. Although it looks fashionable, in the interview environment, the sensory experience is very poor, and you can guess the final result. So whether you go to the foundation for an interview or not, you should pay attention to your clothes, not too exaggerated, but not too casual.

Third, communication. Since the enterprise informs itself to go for an interview, the HR who receives itself will inevitably communicate with itself around the establishment of the content. There are two ways of communication. People with passive personality generally don't take the initiative to speak, and the rhythm is dominated by HR. If you are such a person, the first thing to do is to remember what you wrote around your resume before coming, so that you can answer the questions raised by HR fluently. If you are an active person, when HR asks you to introduce yourself, you might as well speak out in advance around the questions that HR may or will ask, and then ask some questions you want to ask according to the communication rhythm of yourself or HR.

However, this is only my personal experience. There is no need to be too nervous in the interview. As long as you can answer what is written on your resume, everything else is a plus. Even if you miss this opportunity, you can go to other companies for an interview and gain more experience.
