During the probation period, I studied and worked in the quality inspection department for some time. This job is new to me, which is quite different from my professional knowledge. However, the patient guidance of leaders and colleagues in various departments has enabled me to adapt to the working environment of the company in a relatively short period of time and become familiar with the whole operation process of the company.

In the work of this department, I have always been strict with myself, earnestly and timely doing every task assigned by the leaders, and taking the initiative to share the worries for the leaders; Learn from colleagues about problems that you don't know professionally and non-professionally, and constantly improve and enrich yourself. 3, play in the work is not obvious enough. If you don't grasp the overall situation of your work well, you won't take the initiative to find a way ahead of time. A lot of work can only be considered average.

4. I still have many shortcomings in social interaction. Sometimes I can't say it in my heart, and I dare not say something. I have no courage and masculinity. I need the help of the leader when dealing with some things.

5, it is not careful enough in quality inspection, not enough professional knowledge, there are many things you know are wrong, but you can't say why. I was a little flustered during the inspection because I was not fully prepared before the inspection. I often pay attention to this end, but I ignore that end. I'm a little top-heavy, and I can't carry out systematic work in all directions.

IV. Future work plan
